Professional trade fair number one in Russia: more than 70% of exhibition space is sold five months prior to the show! Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building has been in the focus of Russian and international players of the market since January 2012, when Messe Frankfurt announced the acquisition of the trade fair.
“The trade fair has been active in Russia for 17 years and became the must-attend event for industry professionals. This year we further developed the concept of the event. Building automation and Energy Efficiency sector is a new direction which is developing and gaining top priority in Russia. The local rise of the market for electrical engineering and intelligent building of 20-22 per cent is still ongoing”, says Eugen Alles, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt RUS.
“That’s why we are launching the international pavilion and forum dedicated to Electrical Engineering, Building Automation and Energy Efficiency together with strong partners within Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building”, he added.
The Forum will be supported by the Association of European Businesses (AEB), KNX Association and Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA).
“Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building is developing quite actively. Last year the number of participants increased by 36.5 per cent and amounted 576 companies. As for the international exhibitors, we are very optimistic about the market environment and with Russia’s freshly gained membership in the World Trade Organization. A series of important commitments are to be undertaken to further open Russian trade and accelerate its integration in the world’s economy”, said Show Director Natalia Gomer.
“We are confident that a more transparent and predictable environment for trade and foreign investment as well as a high demand of the Russian lighting and building automation market will have a positive influence on the further development of Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building as well as the industry itself”, added Natalia Gomer.
At the moment 70 per cent of the exhibition space is sold out. Leading companies from Germany, Italy, Finland, Poland, UAE, Czech Republic, Japan, Turkey, Hong Kong and Russia have already applied for the show and will present their new products and latest developments to the Russian and international professional visitors within Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building in November 2012 (from 6 to 9).
